Plastic

PLASTIC
The poetic fable of a neglected special education student who spends his adolescence reshaping himself to be more like the bullies of his youth. This experimental “camp tragedy” explores the ties between events of his past and his symbolic actions in the present, giving indication that those wounded in youth endlessly seek redemption. Ethan Feldbau, Dir.

Encounter ENCOUNTER
A young man crossing the park receives a strange proposition from an even stranger man. When he is unable to connect with his friends he reconsiders the offer, and the two share a brief but poignant moment. Lou Peterson, Dir.
Wonderfluff WONDERFLUFF SANDWICHES
A lonely housewife obsessed with saran wrap meets a leather chick preoccupied with duct tape. Together they discover the hidden pleasures of household products. Leah Meyerhoff, Dir.
The Process THE PROCESS
Set against a bleak urban backdrop, The Process tells of one individual’s struggle for human contact. A combination of live action and animation, this experimental fairy tale follows the supernatural procedure by which a man is able to construct a mate, and to come to terms with himself. David Kagan, Dir.
